Farrah Leni Fawcett was an American actress, model, and musician best known for her part in the movie "The Apostle. Her work was considered for an Emmy Award four times and the Golden Globe award six times in her career. The actress began her career in Texas with a role in Corpus Christi. Also, she played as a guest on television shows, including "I dream of Jeannie" and "The Flying Nun". Her first film appearance was a role as supporting actress in the French comedy "Love is a Fun Thing.' It was a huge hit because of her iconic red swimsuit poster which eventually became the best selling pin-up poster in history. The following years saw her was a part of numerous other TV films and series that established her within the industry as a sex icon. Her role as character of a private investigator in the crime-drama series "Charlie's Angles" was greatly valued.
