Geena Davis

Geena Davies is an American actor and producer from the United States. She has also been writing, a feminist rights activist and woman rights advocate. Beyond her numerous performances in Hollywood and on television, she has also received high praise for her performances in TV serials across every genre. Also, she was a model before deciding to become a film actress. The passion she has for music from early childhood made her learn piano and flute. The organ she played was in the church of Wareham. After finishing her graduation in drama from Boston University, she went to New York City to start acting professionally. Following a long and difficult struggle and a lot of work, she was forced to take on odd jobs, and working on other jobs before finally receiving her breakthrough. She was a model for a long time before she made her first film appearance, "Tootsie. It was released in 1982. In addition, she appeared in a variety of Television serials and later had a very successful acting career and was awarded the Oscar Award for her movie "The Accidental Tourist".
